Oh boy! I just bought the June issue of the Official XBox Magazine. And what is on the demo cd you ask? Well, the Dead or Alive 3 new costumes and movie are on it! All I can say is...Ummm..Damn, the new costumes are hot!

I went to see a movie last night with a bunch of friends. I haven't done that in a while. Anyway, we went to see Y Tu Mama Tambien. Great little flick! The story is about two boys, Julio and Tenoch, who take a road trip with Tenoch's cousin's wife Luisa. They bond during this trip by telling each other all sorts of stories about sex, friendship, and sex. The frankness of their exchanges is refreshing and raw.
Of course, the two boys don't have a clue when it comes to sex, which always entails hilarity. This movie is NC-17 so expect a lot of sex scenes and a little too much sausage.

Watched Novocaine last night. I didn't even know this movie was in the theaters. Must have only been out for like...two days. Anyway, I thought it was a comedy being a Steve Martin movie and all, but it isn't. There are funny parts though. Essentially, Steve Martin plays a dentist who does one small thing that he knows he shouldn't, and it just snowballs from there. A little slow getting started, but enjoyable overall.

What did I buy today? Gauntlet: Dark Legacy for the XBox. Boy did I use to love the original arcade version of Gauntlet. I spent so much money on that game. Think of this new version as the same, but much better. Better graphics, better gameplay, MANY more characters to play as, and most importantly...multiplayer rocks! Nothing like having three of your buddies over and playing some four-player Gauntlet fun!

Let's see, what did I do this weekend? I went to see Frailty, the new movie directed by and starring Bill Paxton. Bill Paxton believes that he and his two sons have been chosen by God to destroy demons. Of course one son doesn't believe. It wasn't bad but I was hoping for more.
On another note, I did get a chance to see Bandits starring Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thorton. It was very funny, although they could have cut about 15-20 minutes out of the movie. Billy Bob was very funny in this movie. I can now MAYBE understand how he was able to get Angelina Jolie.
Finally, have any of you noticed that my writing skills have deteriorated gramatically (sp)? I feel that has been the case lately. Oh well, that's all folks. Oh, and Halo on Legendary skill is CRAZY!

I have a co-worker named Erin. She works the graveyard shift. I once asked her how she could stand working those hours. I thank Heaven I don't work the graveyard shift. She has lost it.

I rented a chick-flick called High Heels and Low Lifes for Kristen because she was feeling sick and needed to be pampered. I figured a movie about two chicks bonding would make her happy. Well, it made me happy too. Surprisingly, this movie was pretty entertaining. It's about these two girls who set out to extort money out of some criminals who have just pulled off a heist. Ballsy.

Thanks to "Tickle My Colon [GAY]" for helping me out with my PHP/mySQL issues. I love my Creamy buddies. Check out my new poll to the right! Now, if I can only get that sucker down to 120pixels across, I would be golden.

I've been trying to figure out this whole mySQL thing. I want to put up some polls on my site from time to time but I am stuck on this whole database thingamajig. I am so dumb. Please help.

Just so you all know, I am working on a Rurouni Kenshin DVD section of this site. What is Rurouni Kenshin you ask? It is a badass manga series from Japan. The DVDs are the episodes from the TV series that aired on Japanese television. Rurouni Kenshin is my FAVORITE anime series. You will soon know why. And of course you will have to buy all the DVDs through this site mUAHahahaUAHah. Man, I'm lame.

I finished all five books of The Mallorean. This series is the sequel to The Belgariad series which I loved. Both were very good but the first series was better. The Mallorean was pretty much The Belgariad all over again but with new characters as well as a few of the old ones returning. Still worth the read.

Alright fools! I have made a separate section for my reviews of DVDs, XBox games, and other miscellaneous stuff. I have a lot of work to do converting/expanding my previous reviews but there are some up now for you to check out at Vo's Reviews. Let me know what you think!

I was a little scared of watching Serendipity. I love John Cusack but his last couple of movies were quite a disappointment. High Fidelity sucked (it has come to my attention that SOME people did not think High Fidelity sucked. It did. The ONLY good thing about that movie was Jack Black. Every scene he was in ruled. The rest still SUCKED.) and don't get me started on Pushing Tin. In spite of the horrible reviews on this one, I found it...entertaining. Yes it is derivative and repetitive, but very few movies aren't nowadays.
As for babe factor, Kate Beckingsale is just smokin'. She was really hot in Pearl Harbor and she is really hot in this movie.
Finally, Joe Versus the Volcano is released on DVD. This movie got reamed by the critics when it was released in theaters and I remember disliking it a great deal. However, upon second viewing the other night, I have changed my opinion about it.
It is not a bad movie. It has a distinctive 80's feel to it although it was made in the 90's. There are some really funny scenes. Here is something to think about the next time you watch it: Meg Ryan plays three characters in the movie and each character represents a different representation of the three stages Tom Hanks evolves through in the movie. See if you can figure them out.

Hey guys, not much to update today. I would like to mention that I love my car. I didn't think I would ever like a non-european car again, but I do. The Acura drives very nicely. Hmm...I should look into window tinting now hehe.

Props to Deagle Donkey who continues to surprise me by actually reading the content on this site. How many more of you visit my site but never tell me?

Just got back from picking up my new car...the Acura TL Type-S. I originally wanted the Infiniti G35 but we just couldn't get the numbers to work. My second choice was the Acura CL Type S but the dealer offered me a TL (the four door version) at a GREAT price. Yay.
The car is not too pimp right now, but after the rear spoiler, body kit, 19" rims, and navigation system I will be adding, this car will be super pimp.

I really love horror movies and always have high hopes when a new one is made. Lots of times I am left disappointed, which brings to mind Thir13en Ghosts. Brought to you by Dark Castle Entertainment (Joel Silver of Matrix and Robert Zemeckis of Back to the Future), this movie has really scary ghost designs, a really cool concept, and the first act of the movie looks to be very promising.
The problem is that with all of these elements going for it, Thir13en Ghosts fails to deliver the scares. It is just too tame; it builds up and then plateaus before it ever even comes close to climaxing. Then there are the main characters, whom you don't give a damn about. Shannon Elizabeth may have been great in American Pie, but I kept hoping she would die in this movie. And what's up with not showing her boobs? Anyway, I liked House on Haunted Hill better.
Umm, I know my DVD rants are getting a little too long to put on this home page. Should I make a separate section with more in-depth rants? Also, should I have the reviews include picture and audio quality since I have such a PIMP system? Let me know!

I need to pick up a car in the next month or so. The lease on my 1999 Saab SE Convertible is up. It has served me well and I love that car, but it is time for a change. Here is what I am thinking:
Anyone wanna buy a pimp Saab?
